  • 1 serving Be Well by Kelly vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder or 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-1.5 cups of unsweetened nut milk or water
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds, for topping
  • Optional: Handful of Ice


  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with hemp seeds.
