  • 1 Serving vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of Any Nut Butter of choice - I am using Almond Butter
  • 1 Serving Raw Fiber Powder or 2 Tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries
  • 2 cups Nut Milk of choice
  • Blueberries & Hemp Seeds to top
  • Optional: Handful of Ice


  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with fresh blueberries and hemp seeds.
