Hydrating Salty Dark Chocolate Fab Four Smoothie

This is the perfect sweet and salty treat to curb those chocolate cravings!

I am currently getting back into hot yoga after a 5-year baby-making and feeding hiatus and it feels so SO good. But as I level up my workouts again, I need to ensure more than ever that I am fueling up and replenishing the electrolytes lost during my sweat session. Adding in LMNT electrolyte packets to my Fab Four smoothies is my favorite way to stay hydrated and refuel post-workout. Two habits, one smoothie.

Throughout the colder months, you’ll see me lean into my favorite dessert flavored smoothies, warm chia puddings, and hot chocolates flavored with LMNT Chocolate Salt electrolytes.   1. Place all your ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high.
  2. For a thicker consistency, add in 3-5 ice cubes and re-blend.

Tip: For a less salty taste, use 1/4-1/2 packet of LMNT chocolate salt.
