No Bake High Protein, Sugar Free Paleo Patties

Craving something sweet? Try this quick, no-bake dessert to curb your sweet tooth without spiking your glucose levels.

I swapped to homemade treats and my bank account and blood sugar levels are both in a better place. These Paleo Patties are one of the many ways I like to use my Be Well by Kelly Grass-fed Protein Powder for added satiety and sweetness with every bite.

  1. Add 1 scoop of Be Well By Kelly Vanilla protein powder, almond butter, shredded coconut, coconut flour, and coconut oil to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend on high to create a smooth consistency for your base and add the mixture to silicone molds for freezing.
  3. Freeze the mixture for about 15 minutes while you create the chocolate topping.
  4. For the chocolate topping, melt your favorite chocolate bar or chips (I recommend using Hu Kitchen as a sugar-free option) or mix melted coconut oil (1/2 cup) and Be Well by Kelly chocolate protein. If you like it a little more creamy you can mix in 1 tbsp almond butter to the topping too.
  5. Lastly, top with chopped nuts or dash of sea salt and enjoy!
