Sweet Spiced Carrot Cake Fab Four Smoothie

Warming spices and autumn feels are all blended together in this Carrot Cake Smoothie. Creamy and smooth with a deep taste profile, this nourishing smoothie hits more like a dessert.

I’m basically all about recreating the traditional taste of classic desserts in healthy smoothie form – see Cookies and Cream, Strawberry Shortcake, Lemon Cookie, and Salted Caramel for reference. The key? Start with a high quality, minimal ingredient protein that lays the foundation for blood sugar balance and satiety.

From there, the possibilities are endless! But I’m always sure to hit my Fab Four – protein, fat, fiber, and greens. I love that the warming spices of this smoothie hide the taste of antioxidant and nutrient rich additions like cauliflower rice and spinach.

The Fab Four smoothie is my top tool – from the youngest eaters on up – to get off the blood sugar roller coaster. It ensures a sense of satiety after eating, and it mitigates against crashes and cravings. Your ticket to optimal nourishment all while enjoying food freedom.
