Ingredients
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup watercress
- ½ avocado
Dressing:
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ cup champagne vinegar
- 1 cup avocado oil
- ½ tsp garlic
- ½ tsp salt
Directions
- In a small shaker bottle or blender mix, lemon juice, vinegar, oil, garlic and salt until emulsified.
- In a large bowl mix greens and lightly dress.
- Top with avocado and garnish with lemon. Optional: Add protein of choice.
