Fiber-rich broccolini is high in vitamin C and minerals like calcium and potassium. Hazelnuts are a rich source of protein, vitamin E, folate, B vitamins, and arginine. Although algae oil might not be the most common ingredient in someone’s pantry, I’d encourage you to try it! Algae oil is neutral, light, and slightly buttery with a very high smoke point.
