Matcha Limeade Green Fab 4 Smoothie

When you begin your Fab 4 Smoothie journey, you might be shocked at not just how good the smoothies taste, but at how full they keep you. This Matcha Limeade Green Smoothie is zesty and fresh, but surprisingly filling, too!

I love using herbal tea, spa water, or homemade lemonade/limeade as the liquid in my smoothie. I use Matcha Limeade (recipe below) in this particular recipe. Not only does it give the smoothie a beautiful color, it helps increase water consumption and lowers intake of gums/emulsifiers from nut milks. Be Well Tip: My favorite matcha is triple tested for heavy metals and tastes amazing. Use code BEWELL.

This Matcha Limeade Green Smoothie makes the perfect hot day breakfast or post-beach snack. It’s refreshing and cool. The Fab Four – protein, fat, fiber, and greens – work to keep blood sugar balanced while offering long-lasting energy:

It’s not complicated, but it’s super effective. Fab Four smoothies keep you from crashing and craving. One way I love to track my blood sugar is with my LEVELS CMG (continuous glucose monitor). With LEVELS, I can easily see how my smoothie is keeping my blood sugar balanced. If you’re wanting to track all of your meals to ensure you’re not spiking blood sugar, I highly recommend LEVELS. Check out my IG post where I go more in depth. Or learn more about LEVELS here and skip the waitlist!
