Better than a Milkshake Cookies & Cream Fab Four Smoothie

Leave it to Jennifer Garner to take the #fab4smoothie and make it her own. This Cookies and Cream Fab Four smoothie recipe is her brain child, and I’m totally on board!

It’s a delicious combination of protein, fat, fiber, and greens that balances blood sugar and still tastes better than a milkshake. This hit recipe has been featured on the Today Show, Camille Styles, and Lauren Conrad.

In this smoothie, Be Well by Kelly Protein Powder (protein) provides 20+ grams of clean protein to promote satiety. Spinach (greens) provides important vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C and E, iron, potassium, and magnesium. Almond butter (fat) is high in monounsaturated fats to fuel the body and help absorb vitamins. Blueberries are rich in antioxidants. And flax seeds and hemp hearts (fiber) promote bowel movement and a robust microbiome.

From working with everyone from elite actors to my own tiny toddlers, the Fab Four is a proven formula for ensuring blood sugar balance, optimal nourishment, improved body composition, even energy, mood stability, and mental clarity. It’s food freedom. It’s science-backed. And it’s a magical tool for all of us.
